We believe good audio design should also be responsible design. Wherever possible, we work in ways that reduce waste, improve efficiency and extend the life of installed systems.
Reducing Waste
- Re-using existing cable routes and racks where it’s sensible to do so
- Upgrading selected components rather than replacing everything
- Specifying equipment that is built to last, not disposable
Responsible Disposal
We ensure that old electronic equipment is disposed of responsibly, in line with WEEE regulations. This includes:
- Amplifiers and rack equipment
- Loudspeakers and horns
- Power supplies and ancillary devices
Energy Efficiency
When designing new systems or upgrades, we choose efficient amplifiers where appropriate, avoid overspecifying equipment and discuss realistic usage patterns so the system matches what actually happens on site.
Built to Last
Neat, well-planned installations are easier to maintain and less likely to be ripped out and replaced early. We take care over cable routes, terminations, rack layout and documentation so systems last longer and are easier to service.
