Case Studies

We work with councils, leisure trusts, schools, police estates and community venues. Here are a few examples of how we’ve helped improve communication and accessibility.

Busy public reception area

Teesdale Leisure Centre – Multi-Zone PA Upgrade

Sector: Leisure Centre / Local Authority

The challenge: The existing PA system did not properly cover key areas including the sports hall, climbing wall and reception. Staff often had to raise their voices to be heard.

What we did: Following major renovation works, we reassessed the system and reinstalled it to suit the updated layout. Using existing equipment, we designed a new loudspeaker layout to ensure consistent coverage throughout the building.

The result: The system now delivers clear, intelligible announcements across all areas, with a structured zoned setup allowing staff to target specific spaces or broadcast site-wide.

The Story, Durham – Accessibility & Communication Systems

Sector: Heritage / Public Building

The challenge: A newly developed public building required reliable communication systems alongside fully compliant assisted listening facilities.

What we did: We installed and commissioned induction loop systems and speech transfer solutions at key customer interaction points, ensuring compliance with accessibility standards.

The result: Visitors can now communicate clearly and confidently throughout the building, with systems that support both day-to-day use and inclusive access.
