About JPS Systems N.E. Ltd
JPS Systems N.E. Ltd is a specialist in communication systems for public buildings, supporting organisations that need announcements, speech and assisted listening to be clear, reliable and practical in everyday use.
Our work includes public address systems, induction loops, assisted listening, speech transfer systems, inspections, upgrades, maintenance and consultancy-led advice aimed at helping clients make sound, proportionate decisions.
Established Experience
Established in 2003, JPS has built up extensive hands-on experience across public buildings including leisure centres, council buildings, schools, police environments and other public-facing sites.
That experience matters because communication systems do not exist in isolation. They must work properly in real buildings, with real background noise, real users and real operational pressures.
More Than Installation
While installation and maintenance remain important parts of our work, the direction of JPS is increasingly consultancy-led.
We help clients understand what is already installed, how well it performs, where the weaknesses are, and what should sensibly happen next. That may mean repair, selective improvement, full upgrade or simply clearer understanding of the current position.
Clear, Practical Advice
We believe technical advice should be clear and grounded. Our role is not to overcomplicate matters or recommend unnecessary work, but to help clients make informed decisions that are proportionate, practical and technically sound.
We focus on usability, intelligibility, accessibility and long-term reliability, because these are the things that matter most in day-to-day operation.
What Makes JPS Different
JPS is not simply an audio equipment supplier. Our focus is on how buildings communicate with the people inside them. That means looking beyond products and considering speech clarity, coverage, accessibility, usability, resilience and fitness for purpose.
We work particularly well in public-facing environments where communication has to be dependable and understandable, whether for routine announcements, service at reception points, accessibility support for hearing-aid users, or more urgent situations where clear information matters.
This broader perspective is helping shape JPS into a more specialist advisory business, while still retaining the practical experience needed to install, repair and support systems properly.
Our Approach
We start with the building itself: how it is used, where communication matters, what difficulties staff and visitors may be facing, and how well the existing systems support the environment.
From there, we provide straightforward recommendations that balance technical correctness, practicality, accessibility, reliability and cost. In some cases that means substantial change. In others, it means refining what is already there and improving weak points.
The aim is always the same: clearer communication, more usable systems, and better decisions.
Public Address and Intelligibility
We place strong emphasis on speech intelligibility rather than simply loudness. Announcements need to be understood across the spaces that matter, not merely amplified.
Accessibility and Assisted Listening
We support practical hearing accessibility through induction loops, speech transfer and related assisted listening systems, helping organisations improve provision in ways that are usable and credible in practice.
Future Readiness
We encourage clients to think beyond the immediate fault or short-term project, looking instead at how communication systems can remain suitable, supportable and relevant as buildings change over time.
